SMS Program Overview
LivingZOI offers an optional SMS text message program to help members stay on track with their health coaching journey. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from LivingZOI related to your wellness program participation.
Our SMS program is designed to support your health goals by providing timely reminders and encouragement throughout your coaching experience.
Types of Messages
You may receive the following types of text messages as part of the LivingZOI SMS program:
- Weekly weigh-in reminders to help you track your progress
- Coaching call booking reminders and follow-ups
- Meal logging reminders to support your nutrition tracking
- Unread coach message notifications
- Weekly progress summaries with your activity stats
- Goal achievement and milestone celebration notifications
Each message includes a link back to the relevant section of the LivingZOI app for easy access.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your program activity and notification preferences. You can expect to receive approximately 2 to 5 messages per week. You may receive additional messages for coaching-related notifications and milestone celebrations.
How to Opt In
To opt in to the LivingZOI SMS program:
- Log in to your LivingZOI account at livingzoi.com
- Navigate to Settings and open the Profile tab
- Enter your US mobile phone number
- Save your profile changes
- Review and accept these SMS Terms & Conditions when prompted
- You can customize which types of text notifications you receive in the Notifications tab
By providing your phone number and accepting these terms, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from LivingZOI at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or participation in any LivingZOI program.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time using either of the following methods:
- Reply STOP to any text message you receive from LivingZOI
- In the app: Go to Settings, open the Notifications tab, and toggle off text message notifications for individual notification types or all types
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will not receive any further text messages unless you opt back in.

Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan. LivingZOI is not responsible for any charges incurred by your wireless carrier for text messages sent as part of this program.
Supported Carriers
The LivingZOI SMS program supports most major US wireless carriers. Service may not be available on all carrier networks. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely for delivering the text message notifications described in these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued participation in the SMS program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
